Just in time for harvest season and summer barbecues, Les Rendez-vous gourmands is a celebration of everything delicious, in the heart of Parc Jean-Drapeau. This brand new outdoor culinary happening will take place from August 22 to 24, 2025 at the beautiful Jardins des Floralies. Are you ready to feast?

An open-air gastronomic sensation

Les Rendez-vous gourmands will bring together a number of renowned local chefs including Yoann Van Den Berg from Les Mômes, Andersen Lee from Oncle Lee and Marissa Leon-John from Elle Jay’s. Each will be offering an exceptional culinary experience in the enchanting setting of the Jardins des Floralies, where visitors will be invited to taste local produce, discover food trucks, enjoy music and stroll from gastronomic delight to delight on this picturesque site.

If you haven’t made the trek to the islands in a while, now’s your chance — aside from being a mecca for music festivals and sporting events, Parc Jean-Drapeau is bursting with beautiful green nooks and crannies that make for a great getaway from the city, a mere 20-minute metro ride away. Located right by the Casino de Montréal, the Jardins des Floralies is one of the city’s most beautiful botanical gardens. And during the festival, you can enjoy the stunning plant-artworks of this year’s Mosaïcultures.

Organized in collaboration with Tourisme Montréal, Les Rendez-vous gourmands promises to delight the taste buds while showcasing seasonal flavours. In addition to delicious dishes to enjoy, there are free workshops and gourmet demonstrations on the Découvertes Loto-Québec stage, where chefs and artisans including Anita Feing, Paul Toussaint and Magie Marier will cook right before your eyes. There’ll be live music by guitar duo Cotnoir-Mancia, the Cajun-cool Winston Band and the jazzy Swiŋ Ki Pø, plus a roundtable discussion on Sunday at 4 p.m. between Gwenaëlle Reyt (ITHQ), Pascale Grignon (McCord Stewart Museum) and Danny St-Pierre (chef and restaurateur) about the evolution of gastronomy in Montréal since the 1960s.

Enjoy the event à la carte or treat yourself to the $77 event passport and you’ll get to see it all, plus choose 6 gastronomic dishes to taste. Wear your stretchy pants!
