Without a doubt, Heated Rivalry is the television event of the year. Based on the Game Changers series of novels by Rachel Reid, the Canadian-produced adaptation has been a break-out international success with a second season already on the way. Telling the tale of the on-ice rivalry and off-ice romance between captain of the Montréal Métros Shane Hollander (Hudson Williams) and Boston Raiders’ captain Ilya Grigoryevich Rozanov (Connor Storrie), the series has been melting the winter chill for viewers all over the world. And besides being the home of the Montréal Métros, the city also played host to the red carpet premiere of the series at the image+nation LGBT2SQueer film festival!
