Sainte Marine - Immersive opera

Sainte Marine is an immersive opera presented in the SAT dome, conceived by Marie-Annick Béliveau, Katia Makdissi-Warren, and Charlie Poirier-Bouthillette. This unique creation blends ancient Maronite chants with modern electro sounds, offering a dialogue between technology and tradition that explores identity through a spiritual and feminist perspective. It is an experience that blurs the boundaries between past and present, transporting the spectator on a sensory and introspective journey inspired by the life of Sainte Marine, a 5th-century female monk in Lebanon.
