Ultimate frisbee is on the rise, with fans gathering to watch their favorite teams across the country, including the Montreal Royal. Born in the late 1960s, this fast-paced team sport is now played in over 100 countries and is celebrated for its intensity, accessibility, and values of respect, inclusion, and team spirit. Since 2013, the Royal has brought that passion to Montreal as a professional UFA team. In 2023, it marked 10 years with home games broadcast on TVA Sports, a thrilling first.
