MOMENTA Biennale de l'image

MOMENTA Biennale de l’image is a flagship Montréal event devoted to contemporary art. For more than 30 years, MOMENTA has been inviting artists and audiences from the world over to gather in the city’s museums, galleries, and artist-run centres. This bi-annual event features a number of activities including exhibitions, public events and educational workshops that introduce participants to artists, both local and international, whose works pique curiosity and stimulate reflection. Come and enjoy Montréal’s many museums, galleries and more, all offering something for every art lover. The next edition is scheduled for autumn 2025.
