TEKE::TEKE takes over the dome with a performance that blends Japanese psychedelia, experimental rock, and immersive intensity. Based in Montréal, the group weaves traditional Japanese instruments such as the shinobue and taisho koto into abrasive guitars, driving rhythms, and electrifying psych-rock textures. Anchored by Maya Kuroki’s theatrical and magnetic vocals, the music recalls cult Japanese film soundtracks from the 1960s and 1970s while asserting a distinctly contemporary edge. Surrounded by 360-degree visuals, the audience is drawn into a hallucinatory journey where sound and image converge in a visceral, enveloping experience.
