Fierté Montréal Festival

Since 2007, Montreal has hosted the largest 2SLGBTQIA+ gathering in the French-speaking world. For 11 days, more than 750,000 people, members and allies of the communities converge on outdoor sites and the Village to celebrate advances in the defense of 2SLGBTQIA+ rights. The Montreal Pride Festival offers free shows, indoor activities, films, festive evenings, literature and much more! It raises awareness of queer issues through workshops, panels and two Community Days. The flagship event, the flamboyant Défilé de la Fierté, attracts over 15,000 male and female participants, and a crowd in excess of 300,000 people.
