Échos de l'éphémère - Le Littoral comme partenaire de création

In this new exhibition at the MUMAQ, the concept of dialogue developed over the last few years is revealed in the form of a photo album, using photographs and videos of some of the ephemeral narrative installations conceived during our artist residencies in Sainte-Flavie, Gaspésie, from 2017 to 2022. Fabrics, papers, various objects, and the wind take part in the stagings explored in the course of research, improvisation, and creation, where emotion and play take root in and with the landscape. The challenge taken up this time was to create an additional dialogue by integrating trunks and chests selected from the museum’s reserves.
